By accessing or using the Stallio platform, website, applications, APIs, storefronts, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you (“User,” “Seller,” “Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stallio (“Stallio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free functionality, or guaranteed sales performance.
Users must be 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. The platform does not knowingly permit use by persons under 18.

If you use Stallio as a seller or merchant, you agree that:
Sellers are solely responsible for:
Sellers acknowledge they are the Data Fiduciary for their store Customers' personal data under the DPDP Act 2023, and are responsible for ensuring their use of customer data (name, phone, address, order details) complies with applicable data protection laws.
Stallio acts only as a technology platform and is not the seller of record unless explicitly stated.
Customers purchasing through Stallio storefronts acknowledge that:
By placing an order on a Stallio-powered storefront, you consent to your name, contact number, and shipping address being shared with the Seller to fulfill your order. This sharing is the core purpose for which this data is collected.
Payment processing may be handled through third-party payment providers.
By using Stallio as a Seller, you enter into a Data Processing Agreement with Stallio. Under this agreement:
Certain features of the Service may require paid subscriptions. Subscription plans may include:
Pricing, billing cycles, feature limitations, and usage restrictions may change at any time. You authorize Stallio and its payment partners to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

Sellers are individually responsible for customer refunds related to orders placed through their storefronts.

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
All Stallio branding, software, design systems, interfaces, and platform functionality are owned by Stallio and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of:
By uploading content to Stallio, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, process, and distribute that content for operating and improving the Service.
Sellers are solely responsible for the content displayed on their storefronts, including:
Stallio does not pre-screen all content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). By using the platform, you acknowledge having read our Privacy Policy.
We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service may integrate with third-party providers including, but not limited to:
Stallio is not responsible for third-party service availability, policies, or failures. Each operates under their own terms. Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
We may modify platform features, introduce limitations, temporarily suspend access, or discontinue parts of the Service. We are not liable for downtime, maintenance interruptions, or data loss.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stallio shall not be liable for:
Stallio’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Stallio during the previous twelve (12) months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stallio, its founders, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, your activities pose risk to the platform, it is required by law, or fraudulent/abusive behavior is detected.
Upon termination, your access to the Service may cease immediately, storefronts may become inaccessible, and certain data may be retained as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India. Disputes will first be attempted through good-faith negotiation within 30 days.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stallio regarding the Service.
